Absolute Beginner Need Guidance Material

I've went to Microsofts Knowledge Base and downloaded manuals for setting up Exchange, but I need something a little bit more detailed that goes through everything that I would need to perform to set up an Exchange Server. Even as far as preparing my OS Windows 2K Server. If anyone knows of any GOOD tutorials or books on this please let me know thanks!
