On MM rel 1 when we actvated the absence (vacation) call answer option the caller (inside & outside) were not ables to press pound to skip the greeting, they were forced to listen all the greeting. But with release 2 it works only for external calls, the internal caller presses pound (always in a hurry!)so they don't know the person is not there for a while.
Is there an option or feature I can activated so it will work for boths calls internal-externals.
