absence information

I tried to activate "Absence Information" procedure:
*23*r*mmdd# from my extension.
The displayed message was "wrong procedure".
How can I activate this procedure?

try to find solution here thread806-514237 you should have divertee position on your phone - common (CDCDP) or individual (CDIDP).
