Absence codes in MD110

Hello,

I am searching for a solution for the following. I am requested to inactive/disable all available absence codes in de MD110. This in order to reduce the phone calls received by the reception.

I hope someone can help me with this.

Check the cdcdp;
Common diversion is often set to reach the operator.
By removing it with CDCOE you can disable the calls to the operators, but also return call will be disabled.
So tests should say if this is a good idea.

Instead I would use OneBox with VIM integration, so all callers that call colleagues who use absence messages will be transferred to OneBox voice mail.
Here they will be told that e.g. Mick O'Neill is away for a meeting and will return at 2:00 PM.
The CDCOI should point down to the OneBox group.
