Abrv-Prog on Callmaster V

Hi

I'm having problems trying to use the abrv-prog button on Callmaster V's on an S8300/G700 CM 2.0.1 switch. I've given the handsets console permissions but when I press the abrv-prog button the set just beeps and doesn't come up with the usual press the button you want to reprogram prompt.

Does anyone know what permissions other than console permissions I need to set up (or where else to look)?

have you got your abrv-dials/autod dials and your ABB lists on page 3 configured?

Thanks Avayauser. We did have the abrv-dials configured on page 3. This was for a newly installed system though and due to other issues it was rebooted last night. Since the reboot we have been able to use the abrv-prog without any issues!?
