About XIRR Function

Hi,

I need some Help to Know about the Internal Operations done by the Function or how he is calculating the value for this Function XIRR with the values and dates as parameter.

I do have some exceptions for using this formulae directly if some can help me directly about how the function internally process or caluculates the values and returns
