about xcell 2000 mainboards

I would like to know if the NIC bundled in this mainboards works better in Novell Netware 4.1x. Which driver version is the best? I think that Celeron isn't a better microprocessor solution, but a Pentium II is the best, don't you?. Tell me about this, please.
