Hello, guys!!!

Well, I'd like to know if Windows 95, 98 and ME use RAM over 128MB.

Some friends said that Windows 9x works with RAM up to 128MB. RAM over 128MB windows 9x just show it.

There was some problems with certain motherboards/chipsets with Win95 and caching memory. Win98 fixed that problem but has its own issue with vcache and more than 512MB RAM. If the motherboard supports modules of 128MB and has 3 slots, you can use 384MB, if it supports 256MB per slot there will be a performance hit if filling all 3 [768MB].

Berton's exactly right...As long as you have Win98 or later, you can go as high as 512MB usually without any problems. However, many people report that amounts over 384MB can cause instability and "slower" performance on some machines - it seems to be hardware specific.
