hello all,
I am using crystalreports version9.2,oracle 10g.

I have to rank the top 10 schools on the total amt they recieved.
I have groupname field like school_id,and database field
tot_amt.

Here, i was put running total on tot_amt on each record reset every group.

I need to do ranking on this field.I was tried to use group sort expert option but it is not workong .(it is disabled )

how to use that option, any other way to get top N.

help requested...

You have to be able to insert a summary in order to use the topN/group sort. So if you are able to right click on your amount field and insert a summary, then group sort will be available.

Please avoid starting new threads on the same topic.
