About the CR certification ,I am come from China.

I just found out about the CR certification and I'm having trouble finding information on where to take the exams, costs and that sort of thing. Most of the links I'm finding are either broken or sending me to pages for other SAP exams. Are the tests even still being given?
By the way,I am come from China.

Will some one point me in the right direction?
