I have spoken with Nortel and they have said me that I ask it for the author of the program that is Brett Sinclair

Tell your account team that the program is available on the Nortel intranet to freely download, but if you need to request it from Brett I am sure they could give you his email address. I won't put it here in case he suffers a deluge of requests
