Dear sir

we have already installed SV8300 pc pro and the entire customization done thru the programme. how to check the truck and extension connection status thru this pc pro programme. pl let us know the command used for this.In ips 2000 we use to check the trunk and station status by using the command E8

Go to the standard view/Maintenance/Port Status + Lamp Status.
Follow the options for Blade, trunk, station etc.
