About SIP Trunk and name display

Hi All,

I have Connected BCM450 with Astrix PBX through SIP Trunk, but I have the problem that when calling from BCM, the name does't appear on the Astrix phone, just Unkown appear on the screen, but from Astrix to BCM, The name appear on the BCM phone display, note that i set the send name display in the SIP trunk settings, but the problem still.. what's can i do to solve this problem?
this case is happen when i also connected the BCM to Cisco PBX.

You have to have a business name set up on the BCM before it will send the set names out on caller id. it will display as "BCMNAME/SETNAME
