After I ran cognos configuration, when I tried to open the page by typing "http:<localhostname>/crn"from IE, it showed "The page can not be found". And I already configured and created alias in web server(in the same pc)as Congnos installion and Configuration guide indicates.
Anyone can give me any idea, thank a lot.

Hi,I already figure out this issue. It is because I have not configured my web server properly before.
