about guest book on web pages

Hello,

I'm new to web designing. Now i'm building a website for my personal use with Frontpage 2002. I've quite good knowledge about HTML. But i don't know any script languages. Now i'm having a problem and that is i want to create a guest book. I don't know how to do it. Can anyone help me out??

Or do (what ayjaysee say) a search on

(or another search-engine) with the words "quest book" (or whatever) and you will find a lot,
