about EMC timefinder and vxvm

I am trying to make vxvm and bcv split work together.

to split bcv:

stop oracle application
umount file system
vxdg deport
split bcv
vxdg import
vxdctl enable
mount file system
start oracle application

I am not sure about the procedure. Is it Ok?

Looks good, althoguh the 'vxdctl enable' step should be unnecessary.
