Hello guys nice meet you agoin , please someone help me with this question , my customer have one old ECA and him use to make directory search about DMG , him ask me why there is access with User ID and Password , i read all document but i am not understand what type user i need create .

Hi

To access the extra features in ECA you need to define a user name and password in Directory Manager (under UDF tab).

thanks for your help , excuse me but when i access in the Eca extra features ,i get all menu but i can not view the call handling features i dont know why ? my DNA is 5.6 sp 1 , do you how get the call handling features ? thank you Vincy
