About downloading

I am using getright download manager and Windows xp and dialup... when i download files from net , most of them wont have any problems... but some files stops downloading after certain %... These same files can be downloaded easily using another ISP which is little bit faster dial up than my usual one...
The same problem persisit even if I exit getright and use windows normal way.
Let me know where lies the problem

Not obvious - other than your own comment - ISP differences. When I used dial-up connection, I had a number of ISPs - because i found, apart from some basic speed differences, they had different access abilities to different parts of the web (ie, I got results not unlike yours).
