about displaying the values in the report

How to display all the values of field horizontally in a report and i.e beside the column name all its values must be displayed.Firstly all column names are displayed one after the other vertically and thier values must be displayed beside them.Like

ex:


month jan feb mar apr
x 50 60 40 49
y 40 20 45 20
z 20 45 34 45

This is called a cross tab report. Pick your month as teh column, whatever field has x,y and Z in it as the row, and whatever field has the numbers in it as the number to be summarized.
