About Dialog Box

I have another novice question. How do I get all the components of the Add Form dialog box to show? My Add Form dialog box only shows "FORM" (i.e. no "ABOUT Dialog" for an about dialog box).

Also some of my help entries are ghosted. I have loaded Library (that came with VB6) twice and included all modules. How do I get all of the help entries to show?

And last but not least, I have searched the VB directory for the Toolbox .bmp file, but I can't find it.

The Toolbox mystery is solved I discovered I can use any icon to represent my UserControl object. (DUH!)
