I know the existence of Windows Programmers Workbench, wich uses MASM. The main probles are: 1) it's Microsoft 2) it's Microsoft and 3) it's commercial. Regards,

click the "downloads" link.
click the MASM32 version 6 link. It contains a whole buunch of things you need. If you want to get a newer version dowload it and the patches on the same page. "Information has a tendency to be free. Which means someone will always tell you something you don't want to know."
