I HAVE TWO CONSOLES 2250 I GET DIAL THE EXTENSION NUMBERS BUT IF I DIAL THE ASTERISC (*) OR # I CAN DO IT, HOW I CAN TO DO THAT THIS WORK IT?

You should have a button assigned on the console - EES

You must press this button first then you can dail the * and # ok
Also make sure the shift key is not avtive
