ABOUT 2250 CONSOLE

I HAVE 2 PBX´S OP. 61C, IN ONE PBX (A) A HAVE 3 CONSOLES INSTALLED, BUT IN MY ANOTHER PBX (B) I NEED TO PUT A CONSOLE. THE CALLS NORMALLY ARRIVE TO PBX A, BUT I NEED THAT GO TO PBX B. IN PBX B I SETUP A CONSOLE BUT HOW I CAN TO DO THAT CALLS IF AREN´T ANSWERED IN A GO TO B. I HAVE CONNECTED MY PB´S WITH DTIS (E1).

try configuring attendant overflow dn AODN in customer datablock

Try the "Attendant Alternative Answer" feature. You could make the AADN an ACD with NCFW to an LDN on switch B. Or you could use the "Attendant Overflow" feature.
