abort save set can't recycle ?!?!?

Hi all,
I have a tape with 2-3 save set in it that are marked: "abort" and thew rest is recyclable and it doesn't want to recycle the dam tape.

Hey,

If you want to mark the tape recyclable, just issue the following command:

nsrmm -y -o recyclable tape vol

But then I get a: Volume label already in the database or something like that because I use Bar code label.
Any more help?

The fact that you have a bar code shouldn't matter.. Anyway, you can delete the volume, then re-label it.

eg:
nsrmm -d vol_name

Within nwadmin go to "volumes" and delete the volume then label it.
