abnormal termination when exporting to excel

Getting a runtime error message when trying to export a Crystal 10 report to Excel 2003. Error reads: Runtime Error! Program Files\Crystal Decisions\Crystal Reports 10\crw32.exe abnormal program termination

This does not happen with all reports. I could run the report without trouble a week ago & now I get the error message.

I can export to any other format but excel.

Help!

How many rows?

Excel has a limit of 65536, this is not a Crystal concern.

btw, if it's not a maximum output issue, try applying the service pack:

the report is only 65 rows this time, not more than 100 before. can't do any service packs as the install is done through a network.
