Abit Siluro GF3 Ti200 PROBLEM

I have the gf3 ti200 made by abit.
xp1700 processor
512 megs of sdram pc2100
450 watt power supply
giga-byte 7DXR raid mother board
All this is good, but I have a problem with the video locking up and the only thing I can do is restart my computer. I have downloaded the new driver from nvidia installed the driver and it all ways locks up no matter what you are doing I cant even play aliens vrs. preditor, or and game what so ever. What can I do I tried all trouble shooting on the comp. and still nothing. Can anyone help?

What R your CPU and system temps??
Have U got extra case fans?
Poss O/Heating?
You should be maxing (30mins in 3D demo loop) with the XP1700+ no higher than 55C, and it is poss to get max in high 40's
60C plus and things can get a little shakey. Martin Just trying to help, sometimes falling short, I am only human after all.
