I've looked over the forum and have not found an answer to my question.
Current system: Partner ACS R7
Old system: Partner ACS R3
When we moved to the new system I have been unable to get extensions to pick up and stop the night attendant.
Case: When the system is set to night the attendant pick up incoming calls as it should. At this point on the old system if any one picked up any extension, the attendant would be stopped and the caller would hear "good-bye" and the extension could take the call. I have not been able to do this on the new system
