Hello,

I am looking to setup a speed dial list for some outbound calls. I understand how to setup the group to enter the list of phone number and assign it to stations. But how and where do I designate the first two numbers of the abbreviated extension?

Thanks!!

Im not really sure if I'm answering your question. After you have created the list and assigned the numbers to the corresponding dial codes, all a user has to do is use the group feature access code followed by the dial code or you can assign the feature access code on a button and the user just press the button followed by the dial code. good luck

you can also use autodial buttons instead of abbreviated dials. Must easier, and the users can program the AD buttons themselves.
