I have a user who is having fits with his ABBR dial, intermittently failing (get the Cisco msg "Your call cannot be completed as dialed", etc) - this may be affecting others, just that so very few people use ABBR dial.
When the call fails you see only the ABBR Dial index no. displayed in the phone. However, if you end the call attempt then subsequently hit the "Redial" button the call succeeds every time.
Fail rate using ABBR dial is 1 out of every 3~4 attempts. Definitely repeatable. Seems worse during AM & PM traffic peaks.
