ABAP Program Compare R/3 to APO Products

Does anyone know of an ABAP program, which would run similarly to the consistency test which would comapre the product/location combination with the APO product list.

Since we are transferring large numbers of materials we have need of a program, which will compare actuals to determine if all the materials have all been captured prior to the initial trandfer.

Any help greatly appreciated.
