This is probably not a VB6 question per se, but I've inherited a VB6 desktop app that I can't build due to a licensing issue for 3rd party software (ActiveX toolkit) used by the application. I have no license and don't know where to go to get it. The software is Aebacus Popup Controls v1.4.0.297 by Aebacus Software, and they have long since departed. The license was tied to a developer/machine that are both also gone. I've found an evaluation version of Aebacus Popup controls out there, but its an older version, plus eval nagware is unacceptable. The app is in maintenance mode so I'd like to Not have to replace the toolkit if I can. Any ideas?
