Abandoned/missed call on NEAX2000IPS

Hi!

Can anybody assist if there is an abandoned and missed call log on the NEAX2000IPS?

Were using the business application software. I've been moving around Matworx but no logs I can extract.

On the Call logs, there are completed calls only, we tried to use the Call Accounting software and estimate that a 7sec. and below call is abandoned but this is not accurate.

Any suggestions?

I am not aware of such a log in that system. If you have an SMDR program, then try setting the call completion timer to 0 or 1 sec to trap all calls. Most SMDR programs can set up an abandon call report with user set parameters.
