Hello,

Can anyone explain me how we can have abandoned e-mails in the CCMA?
I have run a historical report and saw that I have 95 abandond emails in a day. Can anyone explain me what does it means?

Are you running a Contact Center Multimedia ? ? ? If not you should not be seeing anything about e-mails.

Also what report are you running what release of CCM are you running? ? ?
