I can to get detail information from CDR about abandoned calls, like ANI.
I want to getting this records to make a campaigns for callback, based on ANI.
the only way i know how to do it is using cms but it only works for acd agents. CDR will track the call but it won't tell you if they hung before someone answer because the CDR already see the call being answer by the trunk group.
I have`t acd agents. So, i can to have a vector to route Overflow (or timeout before party hangup, like 10 seconds) calls to Voicemail, and play any meesage. Tha party is connected, now, and the ani is store in cdr.
