Abandoned Call reports

Are there any reports that actually give the phone number from abandoned calls? The abandoned call report from the RCC just give the total amount of calls but we are looking for the actual phone number.

Please advise.

The CDR will give that info if the callers ID was not with held. The problem with that it is raw data. You would need a call logging package. There was a guy giving a very bsic free on my website some where in the forum. I think his name was lovetts. Short of that someone like ITEL, TRI-Line, etc will sell you one.

If you're treating your call through the Automated Attendant (AA). You can pull a report on the CCR tree and that should have an abandoned calls report.
