If a caller calls in and hits an application that puts them through a series of announcements and say is 30 seconds into the call listening to the announcements and figures they don't have all the information before an agent takes the call and hangs up, will that count as an abandoned call?
If so, Is it abandoned only in the application and not the Skillset since it was not offered yet to a skillset?
