abandoned calls are not showing up on our software at all when they are in the acd but are when a ddi number is called they show up with ring time and extention called.we have just found out we have been upgraded from version 18 to 24 can anyone tell me what the difference is and how to cure this.

Are your ACD records displaying as 'Q' records, and are you using ACD reporting ?

SORRY I HAVE BEEN AWAY THANKS FOR REPLY'S
ACD IS DISPLAYING Q RECORDS . WE ARE USING COMSOFT FOR OUR CALL MANAGMENT REPORTS. SINCE THE UPGRADE WE HAVE FOUND THE SWITCH IS NO LONGER OUT PUTTING 7004 BUT TN00 WHICH COULD BE THE PROBLEM.
