Abandon Calls - Detail of each call, interval abandoned, how many seconds into contact call abandoned
Abandoned Calls - Calls that abandoned during off hours interval abandoned & Daily Total

Check out the delay to abandon report. It will show (interval, daily, monthly, yearly) when calls abandon in pre-defined time intervals. In other words, you cannot show that 6 calls abandoned at 9 seconds, but it does show that 6 calls abandoned in the interval between 8-10 seconds.
