Whatis the best why to run this report to get monthly look as to how many calls are getting abandon, I ran this report and it gave me a graph with the Abandon delay spectrum, which I have no clue as to what these number represent, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Abandon calls report

If your abandon threshold is set to 30 seconds then you are looking at the number of callers that abandoned after 30 seconds. You should also have one for abandon before threshold.
