Does the Avaya MM system support comunities like the 250-350 systems?
How about multiple attendant schedules? Commumity message send restrictions? I looked at some of the documents on the Avaya web site, and I did not find any references to these features.

I'm asking because the office where my girlfriend works just installed a MM system, they no longer have the ability to press 0, to get an operator. They were told it is being blocked, because they share the system with a couple of other companies.

They were told all users will go to the same operator, and because of the multiple companies it will send all callers to the same place. Not a good thing in a multipe tenant type configuration.

Thanks

Depends on whether the MM system is using the MSS as the backend message store or if it is using Exchange or Lotus Notes for the message store. If it is using the MSS, then there is a field for "Backup Operator" for each mailbox.

MSS also supports communities and Listed Directory Numbers.
