AAU2 Serial Cable?

We're also trying to get SNMP up on our MD. I've been unable to get into the AAU2 via a cisco-type serial cable. Alex shows using "NTM 164 04" as the correct cable... Anyone know the pinouts for this serial link? I'm connecting to the fourth RJ45 on the board. 9600 8N1
