We have deployed Aastra MBU 400 cordless phones for 10 centers. 7 of our 10 sites are experiencing audio issues. Each location received 3 cordless phones.
1. Phones are not ringing simultaneously.
2. Phones are not loud enough. We have the audio set to MAX and have not customized the tone (factory settings).
3. Callers hearing ringing (4 times) and routing to voicemail, but the phones in the center didn’t ring.Intermitent issue.
What can I do to resolve the issue? Where can I look?
