Aastra Active Recording Solution

Hey Everyone.

Heard that Aastra now do an Active Voice Recording solution. Is this true? Anyone know if it's a Dual Media Stream from the Handset or a handoff from the recording connection?

Hi,

Yes, you can do Active recording with Aastra for example with NICE Interaction Management 4.1.
You need a CTI server Application Link.
And to setup the IP address of the Logger in the phones settings.

The RTP packets are sent by the phones to the Logger.
