aastra A300 message

Hi

I'm new to this system which I'm using as a system to test phones.
when i connect ip or dect phone and try to make a call they come up with a message saying Switch overload but digital and analog phones work fine

Could anybody tell me what this means?

You probably think about Intelligate 300? Check Voice channels settings...not really familiar with that system (working on A400 which evolved from A300 and should be more-less same...).
Check on AIMS System Configuration -> HW Configuration -> Cards -> Standsrd media switch (tab)->Enable and then on DSP -> adjust number of VoIP channels (license!)...if it same as A400, 2 channels should be free.
This is all from A400 settings - hopefully uou can use on A300.

Yes, Both Intelligate 150 and 300 they both have 2 free channels for standard media switch, same as A 400 series.
