I am new at testing these phones to get them to work. I set everything up correctly but I am still getting line unavailable. Please help.

Hi

Can you register a softphone to the MX-One under the extension you are using and does it work?

If you can, browse onto the handset IP address and go to troubleshooting and download the .cfg file, check you have the correct SIP addresses and that the keys are set correctly. If you attach the file here it could be checked. There are details on the settings in the user guide pdf.

You need to be a bit more specific on how far you have got so far,

How did you set it up "correctly"? Are you using cfg file or manually configure the phone and point to the PBX?
