aastra 6731i daylight saving time.

what's default value of daylight saving time in aastra 6731i ?
I mean when the time will change.
in there anyway to change it's default value in aastra.cfg file.

i find the options and set them but it doesnt work:

when i change the time of ntp server for example 20/9/2015 20:00 the it shows me 20:00 but it should show me 21:00.
what is wrong?
