A business installed DECT in your enterprise and since the first day of production I experimented problems, 1 year later I got the same problem
When I open the phone to do a call or when a I receive an new call, a weird noise appearing, I can't barely listen anything. Sometime it can take 4-5 minutes to get back whenever i change locations. Sometime I close the line and 2 sec after it's ok. it's appearing in two different site and all my phone are Aastra 622d. The aastra and mitel support say we weed to upgrade our mitel because we can't go the new version of dect 6.0. I have a doubt it will change something !
We try to deactivate an codec and no ameloration.
