Aastra 430 Auto Attendant issue

Hi All,

My first post, thanks for your input on this:

An Aastra 430 PBX im trying to setup an auto attendant function on, wont take the settings and route the call to the respective mail box.
I have a DDI assigned to a user, that user set to go direct to mail box, a massage assigned to greeting 1, named greeting1.wav, when i call into the number, all that i get is one short blip, then silence.
Is anyone able to shed some light on this for me ?
Perhaps a walk through so i can check to see what im missing ?

in webadmin, which shows as active greeting for the mailbox?

Have you recorded message thru phone or uploaded from PC? If second, check file format...

Dial *9131# from the phone and record new greeting after tone stops. Also check on voicemail tab if record after global greeting is set to yes
