Aastra 390 Power Touch Button Programming

Are there any on premise ways to program the Aastra Nortel Power Touch 390 feature keys without having to call Aastra? All of the numbers used for downloading feature labels to these phones are out of service but Mitel still manufactures this telephone. Mitel hasn't provided a solution.
