aargh - layout problems

hi. i am just getting started with front
page and am having serious layout problems
with the normal (blank) page. WHen i load it
it appears with a series of squiggly (read: formatting)
lines.
the lines make it really hard to move text,
images, and hyperlinks around. could somebody
tell me how to get rid of them or control them?

I work with Interdev myself. I'm not sure, but I think what you want to do is turn off the Grid Option. I'm not sure where to do it though. Probably in Tools>Options. Rob
